The Malaysian Road Transport Department (RTD) (Malay: Jabatan Pengangkutan
Jalan Malaysia, or commonly known as JPJ) is a government agency under the Malaysian Ministry of
Transport.
It is responsible for providing counter services for licensing of
vehicles and drivers and the enforcement of the Road Transport Act 1987 to
ensure safe drivers and safe vehicles.
One of the primary role of JPJ Jengka branch in Pahang is accept and process of driving
license test, new vehicles registration and renewals. It also providing counter
services for various procedures related to vehicle permits and driving licenses.
