What categories of foreign vehicles are subjected to Road Charge?
Only private vehicles (both individual and company owned) are subjected to
road charge. Motorcycles, Commercial, Government and Diplomat vehicles are
exempted.

At this moment, you can only use Touch N' Go card to pay road charge.
How much is the Road Charge?
The road charge is Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) 20.00 for every entry into
Malaysia.

The road charge is based on per entry into Malaysia.
Is Road Charge waived on certain days?
No, road charge applies each time you enter Malaysia by land throughout the
year. However, motorcycles, commercial and Government / Diplomat vehicles
are exempted.
Is Road Charge part of toll?
No, road charge is not a toll fee. It is governed by the Road Transport Act
1987.
Where to purchase Touch & Go card?
You can purchase Touch N' Go card from any Touch N' Go authorized outlets or
dealers. Generally, you can purchase them at the R&R along the major

Where can I top up my Touch & Go card?
Touch N' Go reload counters are available at the check points and other
locations designated by Touch N' Go (especially at the R&R or toll booths
along expressways). Please refer to http://www.touchngo.com.my/ for more
details.
Does Touch N' Go reload counter accept foreign currency?
No, the Touch N' Go reload counters will only accept Malaysian Ringgit.
